While the production process is complicated we keep the recipe simple. The 4 main ingredients in Mamma Ferretti ® are:
Quinoa
Oats
Fennel seeds
White Cabbage
One of the few plants that contain sufficient amounts of all nine essential amino-acids. Plus is gluten-free and high in fibers, magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants.
They’re a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fibers and antioxidants.
Super rich in fibers, also contain nutrients like magnesium, potassium, and calcium.
Limited calorie content and high satiating power. They are rich in minerals, fibers and vitamins, and have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
